Changes to my study programme

There are many things I would like to change from my study programme. Since I enter to the University of Chile to study journalism I feel very disappointment with a lot of things, like the focus of some courses, the infrastructure, the technology and some teaching methods even.

Since first grade till the last one I’ve pass a lot of courses that includes Critical Theory, Interview and Chronicles, Latinoamerican Studies, Report course, etc. All of them was very interested but I think they have two specific problems: first, they’re very different about requirements and second, most of them stay in the theory and don't approach to the real journalism practice. 

For that reason, I would like to do some changes, for example to evaluate the teachers and their education methods to equate the courses. I think this could help to improve the quality of the knowledge that the students have in the university. 

Furthermore, the infrastructure of my institute is very poor and disappointment. The students haven't basic spaces to share or study, in winter you're always with cold (excluding the library but it's always full of people because is very small), and the building is made all of cement so is very horrible for everybody. 

I hope one day the university improve the money in my institute, specially when another faculties  - like the Economic Faculty, better know as FEN - have a lot of resources for development their activities well.
